Dhialo Pozo-McIntosh is the Co-Founder and CEO of Vanquish Intelligence Inc. Through building and operating businesses across creative, digital, and service-based industries, he saw the same problem repeatedly: too much time was being consumed by work that should already be handled by a system. He co-founded Vanquish Intelligence to change that. Today, Dhialo works with businesses to identify where time and opportunities are being lost, then turns those challenges into practical AI agents, automations, and connected workflows. His approach is grounded in a simple belief: technology should make a business easier to operate and give its people more capacity to grow it.
